PROGRAMME

Health professionals are engaged in a line of work that often involves deeply personal, intimate, and at times intense connections with others. This level of involvement can be both profoundly meaningful and emotionally demanding.

As we face the challenges and stress this work presents to us socially and personally, standard counseling techniques may not be enough to provide the depth of healing we need to continue in our work in a healthy, inspired way. We need the means, the tools that will help us go deeper in becoming fully authentic so that our work may be sustainable.

To heal others, we first must engage in our own healing process. Once we understand the impacts of trauma in birth work, and discover how to transform this for ourselves and and those we serve, we will feel strong and inspired in our work again. Additionally, we will practice techniques for:

  • Recognizing, balancing, and cleansing our energy fields
  • Setting healthy boundaries in all aspects of life
  • Communicating these boundaries effectively to others
  • Sensing and responding to the energy fields of others
