We believe that the path to balance and health is through self-awareness, empowerment and person-centred models of care. This is what we propose to families and want to disseminate among health professionals and has been the inspiration for NASCER POSITIVO® project.
People from all over the world gather annually in Portugal for this meeting, which has become a tradition and has been touching the hearts and souls of participants for the past 7 years.
Lectures, interactions, discussions, reflections, sharing, art, and emotion, creating connections and generating forces that promote new paradigms in women’s health and childbirth.
The seventh edition will take place on October 7th and 8th 2025, in Porto.
We count on you to be an active part of this great challenge of developing sexual and reproductive health care with quality, integrated, salutogenic, and humanized care, in favor of self-awareness, health literacy, and the promotion of a POSITIVE BIRTH (and life).
