Matilde Rocha is a medical student at ICBAS – University of Porto.
She currently serves as Director of Sexual and Reproductive Health at the National Association of Medical Students (ANEM) in Portugal.
She has led and contributed to several initiatives in reproductive health, including the organization of two national congresses and a school-based sexuality education project.
In 2024, she represented Portugal as an official delegate at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York and at the World Health Summit in Berlin.
She is an active member of Women in Global Health – Lusophone Community, advocating for gender equity in health on a global scale.
